At Home in Andalusia is a professional estate agency which was founded in 2006 by Danielle Gouwens. She decided to leave the hectic Dutch lifestyle and head to sunny southern Spain. After working several years with Spanish estate agents she started her own company. She felt foreign clients in the valley deserved a professional and transparent service from their estate agent as well as technical and legal expertise of the property market. The company name was carefully chosen because she wants her clients to feel at home after buying a property in this beautiful area.

Together with our dog I wander around for hours, passing orange trees, enjoying the sunshine. It is in these moments I realize how lucky I am to be able to live in this beautiful part of Europe. February 2010, Jennifer Francis started with us as office manager. We are very pleased with her contribution and she is also experienced when it comes to moving to unknown destinations. She came to Spain in 2005, originally to live in the area of Conil in the province of Cadiz, but after visiting the Lecrin Valley she fell for its beauty and being so close to a large city and the beach was what made her stay here.
