At home in Andalusia
ABOUT US
Danielle
At Home in Andalusia is a professional estate agency, which was founded in 2006 by Danielle Gouwens. After she decided to leave the hectic Dutch lifestyle and head to sunny southern Spain, she worked for several years with Spanish estate agents before starting her own company.

Having experienced the property market as a foreigner, Danielle felt foreign clients in the valley deserved a truly professional and transparent service from their estate agent, as well as technical and legal expertise regarding the property market. The company name was carefully chosen, because she wants her clients to feel at home after buying a property in this beautiful area.

Danielle: "I am still impressed by the natural beauty of this area, and I really enjoy the long summers. Together with our dogs I wander around for hours, through the orange groves, enjoying the sunshine. It is in these moments I realize how lucky I am to be able to live in this beautiful part of Europe. Because of the relaxed culture I learnt to appreciate small things in life again. I can truly say this big change in my life really made me a happier person. Being able to help my clients to also fulfil their dreams is absolutely fantastic!"

Natasha Greenhalgh has been with At Home in Andalusia since March 2015. She has lived in the Lecrin Valley most of her life, having moved from England to Spain with her parents when she was only 13. She is completely bilingual and knows the area like the back of her hand. Natasha has studied and worked in many areas of Spain, but returned to the beautiful Lecrin Valley to settle and now helps our clients, both expats and Spanish, to settle here as well. Natasha is a natural at customer services and makes looking after our clients her top priority; guiding them through their move, helping with translation and interpretation both before and after sale. Feedbacks from our clients affirm their appreciation for the time and effort she puts into ensuring everyone has as positive experience as possible.
