Both homes have central heating throughout, with radiators in some areas and underfloor heating and cooling in others. Some rooms have fire places and wood burning and pellet stoves for the ambience.
13 solar panels provide green (and free) energy during the day and the lap pool has a pump for heating the water, which prolongs the swimming season significantly.
The property is connected to mains electricity and water and has irrigation water rights. There are several water deposits with pumps to insure the water pressure and a water softener for use in the houses.
Throughout the garden is a programmed automatic irrigation system installed in various different circuits for easy and efficient management.
