The houses differ in their character and capacity, ranging from a one-bedroom unit perfect for couples, up to a 3-bedroom family home for max 8 people. These can be rented individually or collectively hosting a total of 24 guests.

The current owners have chosen to live in one of the houses and rent out the other 4. If you wanted to maximise income potential, it would also be possible to live in the nearby village and keep the rental property business as an entirely separate entity within easy reach for daily visits.
